No Desktop Icons Windows 10
Every time Google Chrome updates, the icon of the program goes blank in Windows 10 start menu (see attached picture). I know how to fix it temporary, but are there any permanent fix to this as the issue returns ever so often? To put Google on your desktop, open Google in the normal way on your browser, and when it loads, click on the padlock/E sign you see at the beginning of the Google address on the address bar and drag and drop it to your desktop. Google Messages for Desktop is a desktop app that is wrapped around the official Google Messages web client. It works exactly like it does on Google Chrome.
